We had a very unpleasant experience! We came in to get breakfast in the morning. It was pretty empty there. Just 2 other people that ordered before us. We ordered our breakfast wraps and we waited for about 10 mins, thinking that this is better quality fast food that it's worth the wait. Then one of the lady workers came out and apologized that it's taking so long because the ovens are not heated up. Then we waited for about 5 mins more another worker girl comes out and apologizes that she forgot to turn on the oven and that we need to wait another 7 mins!! I was about to walk and go find another place but we already paid for it. Finally, after 7 minutes or so we got our order. That's a total of 20+ minutes for simple breakfast burritos (bacon egg and cheese), and mind you, there were no other customers the entire time we were there, except the two that left soon after we came in.
I went in today ordered a Super Green Chicken Caesar Wrap and Bowl. After 15 minutes of waiting... and keep in mind I was the only customer in there, the retard behind the counter gives me the chicken Caesar Bowl with literally 3 small pieces of chicken, no lettuce, and no tomatoes. After I saw how much food was in the bowl, I asked for some lettuce and tomatoes, and the fool says we ran out
We had horrible horrible experience at this cafe!
Ugh. This place is awful. None of the employees, even the manager, know what the hell is going on. We had a coupon. No one knew what to do. They got the coupon taken care of, screwed up the transaction, switched girls at the register, and we lost a few bucks somehow. Freaking moron kids. Some dude ordered online and still had to wait for his food. Both Winchester branches are 110% better than this one.
The two employees were obnoxious and carrying on the whole time we were there. We were uncomfortable. It took 15 minutes just to make a wrap and smoothie. My friend and I were the only customers there. I won't be coming back.
And this not all! The burritos were very very flat and under heated! They were hardly warm! The cheese in there was not even melted, It looked as if it just layed out on warm sunshine and not not anything to being in the hot oven.
Food was expensive but was yummy. Smoothie was on point.
