Such an underwhelming visit. I understand it's Applebee's and the overall product is what it is. But, our server couldn't have been paying any less attention. We asked for an appetizer, he acknowledged the request, the appetizer never showed up. We had to reorder it. Then it comes to he table 15 seconds before our food arrived. He was terrible with drinks. Only checked on us twice during what ended up being a 40-45 minute visit. And it wasn't even crowded. Also, food wasn't hot. Fries tasted like they were left over from lunch. There was, also, no manager available to whom I could explain any of this. Since I'm a sucker for convenience, I'll probably go back. But what a lousy dinner experience. I just hate crappy customer service!

Absolutely Incredible!!! Great food and atmosphere. But also, tremendous support for our service men and women. Changed the channels on the Tv's from The disrespecting NFL to NASCAR to show honor to those who served. Nobody taking a knee at Applebees. Kudos and God bless our service men and women and Applebees. From a former swabbie.

Sercice was terrible. We waited 10 min. To be seated. Then the server came got our drink orders. Dropped drink order off without a word. Then we sat at our table 20 min and no one came to take our order. I was really looking forward to eating there. Won't make this mistake again.
