I came to Marlow Motors looking at three sport cars. I was assisted by Tricia who was great to work with . Out of the three cars that I drove, I ended up falling in love with a 2015 Dodge Charger. They could not get the bank to budge on where I wanted my payments, down payment, etc. So I left and a half hour later they called and told me that they got a deal for me that would fit my needs. They went above and beyond to get me in the car that I absolutely love. Thank you guys so much.
Best car buying experience I've had yet (of approximately 8 in my lifetime). I was working away from home and wanted to buy a newer half ton to replace my older 3/4 tank of a truck. I used a couple of popular car listing sites to find a few trucks that matched my criteria, and most were 2 or more hours away (as was Marlow) from my location. However, unlike all the others, they were willing to talk through a possible deal on the phone, unlike the 5 other dealers I spoke with, and were genuinely interested in making a fair sale, instead of the "take it or leave it" attitude so prevalent in today's car market. Angie, Richard, Neal and Pete were all professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I just wish they were closer to home so I could use them when it's time to replace my wife's car. An easy 5 stars.
Scheduled an appointment for manufacturer's recall for 10 am and told repair would be an hour. My vehicle recall didn't get to the bay until after 11 am and repair wasn't completed until after 12 pm. During this time, no one for service department made contact with me referencing the delay in service. But, a service representative made contact with an individual on three occasions reference her vehicle that arrived after me($$$$ for repair). When I made contact with the Service Manager (Brian), all he would say is sorry. I told him that I have brought in different vehicles (3) for recall work and that every time it takes twice as long for the work to be completed as stated by service manager and/or recall notice. I would not recommend Marlow Motors, Front Royal to anyone needing service work. Very disappointed in customer service. J.Brian Flick, Front Royal, Va.
