We were on vacation in Luray,and on our way home started experiencing some scarey problems with our van and were not able to drive it. I do believe the Lord led us to calling Rick's and they came out right away , took hubby, myself , granddaughter, and 2 dogs to their place of business and made us feel right at home. They then picked up our van and brought it back to their shop and fixed it and had us on our way in about 3 hours..I can't say enough about how nice they are and the great job they did at a reasonable price..the wife was even gracious and took us to McDonalds so we could get some breakfast. They are the nicest people you could ever want to do business with..Love you guys and God bless you and yours..The Witwers..
Brought a new exhaust system to be installed in my '96 Toyota Tercel and the service was exceptional. Very friendly staff and loved their office dog Lucy. :) Would definitely recommend to anyone and will plan to use them again in the future.
I went for my first time to have an oil change. When I called ahead and received a price, I was told it included what I was asking for. However, after they performed the service, they charged me more and included something that was not discussed ahead of time. Maybe it was because I am a woman. It wouldn't be the first time I've experienced something like this by men at an auto care place. Also, the man proceeded to complain about another customer, talking degradingly about old women. I will not be back there.
We entrusted our cars to Rick's Auto Center for many years. Now, after moving, we have replaced our doctor and our dentist but not Rick's. I miss the staff's competence, warmth, reliability, honesty, ingenuity, practicality and trustworthiness. Fare thee well.
