My 2011 BMW X5 had to be towed off 66 after a long day at UVA. I asked the tow driver who I should take it to, he suggested The Auto Care Clinic...boy am I glad he did! The girls in the office were great to work with! Stephanie was awesome, she not only got my vehicle looked at in a timely manner but also found out for me the the problem was actually a recall problem! Although the final work was done at a BMW dealership I will definitely return to the Auto Care Clinic for work in the future! Thanks to Stephanie, the mechanic who looked at my vehicle...also Jennifer, Sandy and Bill, all who listen and helped with a problem that had me in tears!
We moved to Front Royal, VA last year. When moving to a new state you have to find all those new professionals that you need to depend on. That includes doctors, dentists and good trustworthy auto mechanics. The trustworthy mechanic part is taken care of here at the Auto Care Clinic. I take all my vehicles here and I haven't been disappointed. They also have a coupon card to buy that has great discounts. Great people to work with.

The staff and the owners couldn't be more accommodating, Bill and Sandy, were like old friends. They handled our repair and even helped us with accommodations near by. Even providing us with a ride to and from the hotel. They even lent us a car to explore Front Royal while our car was being repaired. Could not have asked for a better experience, they saved our vacation. We highly recommend their business for your auto needs.
