Very helpful and knowledgeable
Seriously couldn't tell the staff from the customers. (There were about seven people in store with me) Was never acknowledged even though I waited at the counter for assistance. I need help switching back to Boost because the service is awesome and affordable.. But unfortunately I did not and probably will not do it in store. Also their phone number is not good.
Good service
One employee lied to us, led to us returning the phone. Lost $57 due to nonrefundable phone plan. Horrible business model. Will report to BBB. PLUS one star for allowing return of phone without hassle.
It's not a bad store they have lots of products there and the employees try to be as helpful as possible most of the time. They only have one or two employees only working at a time though and it can get extremely busy in there so if you plan to go there prepared to possibly wait a little while.
