Clearly unreliable as well as not keeping their word. They have lost our business...they should lose yours as well!
My choice in local cleaners.
They destroyed a new shirt of mine. Brought it back and to their attention, "Joe" indicated he needed the afternoon to try to fix it and he would call me back to let me know. That was a week ago! I haven't heard from him even though I have called him a few times this week.
Very pleased every time! Very nice customer service. Will continue to use them.
