The arrangement looked absolutely NOTHING like the one I ordered. Not in color, style or theme. I ordered a basket full of yellow flowers and green plants with a bird and bird's nest. What arrived was in a cheap, ugly basket with pink and yellow flowers and a pink satin bow on the top. No one called to ask if I'd like to order something different (since they obviously had nothing even remotely close to what I'd ordered). Florists should not post pictures and have people order based on those pictures, if they're just going to send whatever they feel like.
Polite lady worked with me on a last min delivery. Will do all floral business here.
I called in the order from out of state, the lady on the phone wanted to charge more than was advertised on the website. Then when I saw a picture of the arraignment on facebook I could not believe my eyes. The arraignment had pink carnations with no bow, what was ordered and paid for was pink roses and a pink and white polka dotted bow. One star is being generous.
