From the time I picked up the car to the time my wife dropped it off the staff at the Front Royal location were wonderful. They made sure we were put in a car that met our needs. I rented a car here several years ago, and they were very fast and efficient at getting me into a vehicle. I expected a much longer wait, and was pleasantly surprised.
Aug. 2017. Again, used Enterprise while my vehicle was in the shop for repairs from a hit and run driver. First vehicle was an F-250 with no step bumper. At 6'5 it was a little difficult for me to get in but my 5'2 wife had no chance of getting in. I traded it back and got a Nissan Frontier. Again, both were filthy. This shop does a horrible job of cleaning the inside of their vehicles. They have people working there cleaning cars but someone may want to start checking the cars more often. The staff here were friendly and helpful but the lack of their ability to put out a clean vehicle is a little off putting.
I needed a rental and needed a replacement pickup for my wrecked truck. The process of using Enterprise through my insurance company was easy and the employees were friendly and professional. But, the truck was filthy. Not so much the seats/floor but the windows and under the front seat. The inside windshield was so dirty that when I hit some sunshine it appeared that I was in a smokers car with the dirty haze. All windows were like this. Also, under the drivers seat was an empty chewing tobacco canister as well as some other small trash. None of this was mine. I'd use this Enterprise again but only if they clean the vehicle better.
My husband took our blazer in to get repairs after our rear end collision, gave him a 2017 F-150, geico paid for the rental and repairs (the other drivers insurance) but was told we still needed to make the $50 deposit (after the fact) and that'd we get it back as long as the truck was returned in the same condition we got it. We returned it a little over 24 hours later, cleaner then we got it and with close to a full tank of gas (we got it with 1/4 tank). We're smokers but made a very big point not to smoke in the truck so that we'd get our full deposit back (needed that $50 for groceries), well when my husband checked his account they only gave us back $10 from our deposit. When he called to ask why no one answered the phone (he called 10 times in 2 days), and when he got an answer they told him that the truck was covered in dirt (it rained the whole time we had it) and that the inside was filthy. I wish I would have taken pictures of before and after to prove everything. The next time we need a rental we'll go else where.
